[SFC]: Consultation Paper on the Proposed Regulatory Requirements for Virtual Asset Trading Platform

On 20 February 2023, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) published its Consultation Paper on the Proposed Regulatory Requirements for Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators Licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (“Consultation Paper”).

Being an active non-for-profit and education-focused organization in the industry, HKDAS see itself in a suitable position to reflect the comments and thoughts of its founders, committees and members (including industry leaders, professionals and general investors in Hong Kong). HKDAS submitted its response to the Consultation Paper in March 2023.
